Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
1. Exercising withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement to Jan Hebein, Zementwerkstraße 39, 6700 Stallehr, Austria, email: janhebein.design@gmail.com.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is valid, all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, will be reimbursed within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.
3. Return shipment and exclusions
Goods must be returned to Jan Hebein, Zementwerkstraße 39, 6700 Stallehr, Austria. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
You are only liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded where products are clearly made to the customer's individual specifications. If that applies, it will be indicated separately before the order is submitted.
