Each lamp is produced after the order is placed and packed with care.

The following information describes the current shipping process and applies unless different information is shown during checkout.

1. Processing time

The regular production and processing time is currently about 2 to 4 weeks after payment has been received.

2. Shipping areas and costs

Available delivery countries are shown during checkout. Applicable shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.

3. Delivery and customs

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping provider. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or extraordinary circumstances are outside the operator's control.

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. These costs are borne by the recipient.

4. Damaged shipments

Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. Visible transport damage should be documented and reported by email as soon as possible.
