These Terms and Conditions govern orders placed through the self-hosted blokor website. The contracting party is Jan Hebein, Zementwerkstraße 39, 6700 Stallehr, Austria.
The version published on this page at the time of the order applies.
1. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding legal offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order or a binding purchase request, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the order or request has been expressly confirmed or once production or shipping has begun.
2. Products and production
The lamps offered on the website are produced in Vorarlberg, Austria. Because wood, finishes, and 3D-printed parts are worked by hand, slight variations in grain, color, texture, and dimensions may occur.
Product images are illustrative. Material-related and handcrafted variations do not constitute defects as long as the agreed characteristics are preserved.
3. Prices, payment, and shipping
The prices displayed at the time of the order apply. Unless stated otherwise, prices include statutory VAT plus any displayed shipping costs.
Where online payments are offered, payments are processed through Stripe. Many products are manufactured only after an order has been placed or a purchase request has been confirmed. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown on the website or during checkout.
4. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Obvious transport damage should be documented immediately after delivery and reported promptly.
Claims for damages are limited to intent and gross negligence unless mandatory law provides otherwise. This does not affect liability for personal injury or under product liability law.
5. Website and rights
All content on this website, especially texts, images, product presentations, and design elements, is protected by copyright.
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy. The website is self-hosted; depending on the function, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and after active release also YouTube may be used.
6. Applicable law and contact
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
